Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic  yoga practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and movement. The postures are generally held for short periods of time and a rhytmic  breathing is encouraged for the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind.

Suitable for people with some yoga experience looking to have a stimulating and dynamic experience. Creative, fluid sequences and transitions are included to develop strength and flexibility. It’s like a meditation in movement.

Vinyasa Nivel 1

This class is for experienced beginners who want to take their practice to the next level. Vinyasa level one classes include the basics of a non-static class, as Vinyasa is a dynamic practice that focuses on combining movement with breath control, an energizing and invigorating yogic experience.

  They include preparations for Level 2 inversions and  balancing postures, with options for Level 1 practitioners to ease into the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes.

Vinyasa Nivel 2/3

A class for those looking to challenge their practice.

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice. This class builds on the foundations acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes usually include inversions and arm balance postures.

Vinyasa Open

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners who have some experience with yoga, meaning both beginners and advanced practitioners can participate. Classes are structured in a way that allows you to choose the version of a pose that you feel most comfortable with.

Modifications are offered for level 1 students, as well as more challenging poses for advanced students. (not recommended for pure beginners)
